About the project, We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Owner. Join our team to define product vision and maximize value delivery for our international and local clients.

Your responsibilities, Define and communicate product vision and strategy, Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value, Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and reviews, Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization, Validate deliverables and accept completed work, Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive improvements, Balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience

3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects, Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, Data-driven approach to decision making, Understanding of software development lifecycle, Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Experience with digital products (web/mobile applications) and UX/UI principles, Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients, Higher education in technical, business, or related field

Optional, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
