UX Designer

About the role We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong product thinking and exceptional hands-on design skills to join a team building modern digital platforms and customer-facing solutions. The ideal candidate is a Figma expert with experience designing complex products, customer/self-service portals, or banking/enterprise solutions, and has practical experience working on AI-related features, products, or user experiences. Requirements 4+ years of commercial experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer Expert-level knowledge of Figmaadvanced prototyping Auto Layout component libraries design systems variables Proven experience designing complex digital products and platforms Commercial experience working on AI-related products, AI-powered features, copilots, chat interfaces, recommendation systems, automation flows, or intelligent user experiences Experience with: banking fintech customer self-service portals (CSM/customer portals) enterprise platforms Strong UX and product thinking skills Ability to translate business and user needs into intuitive product experiences Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders Strong understanding of: user-centered design interaction design information architecture accessibility responsive design Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process and modern UI execution English min. B2 Responsibilities Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for digital products and platforms Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma Design and optimize AI-enhanced user journeys and intelligent workflows Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams Contribute to and maintain design systems Improve usability and overall product experience across platforms Participate in product discovery, workshops, and UX strategy discussions Nice to have Experience in banking or fintech domain Experience conducting usability testing and user research Familiarity with front-end technologies Experience working in agile product environments Ideal candidate We are looking for someone who: is a true Figma power user has experience designing AI-driven experiences understands complex enterprise ecosystems can independently own UX initiatives combines strategic UX thinking with strong visual/UI skills has experience with platforms, portals, or enterprise-scale products
