Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer

Job Summary

Support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. Role: Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer in Tczew. Reports directly to the Indirect Purchasing Manager. Plays a key role in driving procurement excellence, building strategic supplier partnerships, and supporting business growth.

Typical Day

• Managing RFQs and tender processes for non-production materials and services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure best commercial conditions
• Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and continuity of supply
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver procurement support to the business
• Driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect / non-production procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sourcing topics
• Fluent in English and Polish (written & spoken)
• Analytical mindset with strong ownership and ability to prioritize
• Proactive and communicative team player, working effectively cross-functionally
