ICQA Supervisor (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance)

As an ICQA Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse space optimization, and efficient stock management across multiple warehouse locations. You will supervise inventory control processes, lead operational improvements, analyze inventory discrepancies, and support warehouse capacity planning while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.

We are currently hiring for several warehouse locations: Magnice, Krzyżowice, Pietrzykowice, and Kąty Wrocławskie. The final work location will be determined based on business needs, location availability, and the candidate’s preferences and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory counting and stock control activities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to warehouse associates regarding productivity and quality standards.
• Analyze inventory error trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Prepare inventory control reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage the creation and modification of storage locations within both warehouse systems and physical warehouse operations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies reported by various departments.
• Coordinate stock movements to optimize warehouse space utilization and storage efficiency.
• Conduct storage location audits and recommend consolidation opportunities while supporting implementation plans.
• Configure inventory counting and storage parameters to ensure effective stock management.
• Support warehouse capacity planning through regular monitoring of space availability and utilization.
• Maintain and update inventory count schedules, reports, and operational dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and escalate inventory-related system and technical issues when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, warehouse efficiency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or a related area, preferably within e-commerce or logistics environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • INDEX/MATCH
  • Data merging and analysis
  • Macros and VBA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading teams and supervising warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
