About the project, We are looking for a technology professional who can lead systems integration initiatives across a growing portfolio of business applications, while supporting digital transformation, process automation and continuous improvement across the organisation., , The role supports PURO's Digital Transformation strategy by improving business processes, strengthening data quality, integrating systems and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Your responsibilities, Design, coordinate and deliver end-to-end digital solutions across multiple business platforms, involving multiple stakeholder collaboration, Responsible for developing and managing systems integration and API-based data flows, Responsible for development of reporting, analytics and business intelligence capabilities through integrated and trusted data., Responsible for optimising data flows between business applications, Support with AI-enabled process optimisation, data-driven decision making and automation initiatives across business functions., Support with process automation and workflow improvement, Maintain integration documentation, technical process maps and solution architecture records, maintainable and aligned with governance and business continuity standards., Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues affecting business-critical integrations., Partner with business owners to improve data quality, consistency and governance across integrated systems.

Experience with IT and digital transformation projects, Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data exchange between business applications, Experience with enterprise applications and systems integration, Experience working with multiple third-party software vendors and managing integration projects across diversified technology environments, Understanding of both business processes and technology, Proven experience working with SaaS business applications and integrating data across multiple platforms., Proven experience coordinating and delivering cross-functional digital transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors and business functions, Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement, Experience with workflow and process automation platforms (e.g. WEBCON or similar), Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, Experience with business intelligence, reporting platforms and data-driven decision making., Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Structured, analytical and documentation-oriented approach, Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously
