Senior Treasury Specialist (18-Month Maternity Cover)

Your responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions across the CANPACK Group.
- Support financing activities, including loans, bonds, factoring facilities, guarantees, and other treasury products.
- Monitor compliance with financing agreements, treasury policies, and internal controls.
- Execute and oversee financial risk management activities, including FX and commodity hedging transactions.
- Administer banking infrastructure, including bank accounts, e-banking platforms, payment cards, and user access management.
- Prepare treasury analyses, reports, and recommendations related to liquidity, risk exposure, market developments, and financial instruments.
- Coordinate supplier financing and working capital optimization initiatives.
- Maintain treasury documentation, guarantees, securities, and banking records.
- Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and CANPACK standards.
Our requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Financial Risk Management, Capital Markets, or a related area.
- Experience with financing transactions, banking products, and financial markets.
- Experience in an international organization will be an asset.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with treasury management and banking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional treasury, finance, risk management, or capital markets certifications are a plus.
- Treasury operations and cash management.
- Financial markets and treasury products.
- FX, commodity, and financial risk management.
- Loans, bonds, factoring, and structured financing solutions.
- Treasury controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Treasury reporting and financial analysis.
- English (C1/C2 level).
