Role description

• Support the delivery of DLP tools to implement controls ensuring compliance with data security policies and standards.

• Drive the implementation of enterprise-wide and regional IT strategies while ensuring adherence to information security requirements globally.

• Monitor and communicate the progress of service/policy performance through agreed indicators and metrics.

• Collaborate with Control Owners, Service Owners, and Technology/Platform Owners to oversee performance, exceptions, and roadmaps.

• Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to align cybersecurity strategies and frameworks.

Requirements

• Prior experience with DLP products (e.g., Symantec DLP, Proofpoint, Trellix).

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity , with a focus on Data in Motion and Data in Use Security .

• Experience in Agent administration/configuration and System administration (on-prem and cloud).

• Strong documentation and task management skills (e.g., Confluence, Jira).

• Experience in test planning, scripting, and execution , including defect management.

• Formal education in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).

• Excellent customer-focused engagement and delivery skills.

• Ability to work remotely , act independently, and make sound decisions aligned with regulatory and audit requirements.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills .

• Experience in highly regulated environments , preferably in financial services.
