Responsibilities:
- Providing support to Salesforce users.
- Working with ticket systems (e.g., Jira).
- Investigating and resolving reported incidents and issues.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Field Service.
- Experience in working with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
