About the project, Your role, , We are looking for a Polarion ALM Technical Consultant to join our global team of technical experts delivering cutting-edge solutions to some of the world's most demanding enterprise environments. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to administer, maintain, and evolve their Polarion ALM platforms — ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the full application lifecycle.

Your responsibilities, Administering, configuring, and maintaining Siemens Polarion ALM environments, including performing version upgrades, patch deployments, and migrations across development, test, and production systems, Troubleshooting and resolving complex application, server, and infrastructure-level issues to ensure platform availability, stability, and security in line with customer standards, Managing the underlying Polarion infrastructure, including application servers, databases, and system integrations, while monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions where needed, Collaborating closely with customer stakeholders to understand technical requirements, deliver effective solutions, and support integration activities with third-party and enterprise tools, Producing clear technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer and ongoing operational support to customer teams

5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM, including strong expertise in administration, configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting, Solid experience with server administration (Linux and/or Windows), database management (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar), and LDAP/Active Directory integrations, Proven ability to manage backup, recovery, and system maintenance processes within enterprise application environments, Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent customer-facing communication abilities, with experience engaging directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience in enterprise ALM/PLM environments, with knowledge of integrations with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP considered a strong advantage; exposure to scripting, automation, or AI/GenAI tooling is a plus
