Which Balcia insurance subscription are you?
This role is all about keeping the office running smoothly – from reception and vendor coordination to supporting the People & Culture team. Good organization, independence, and a hands‑on attitude will be key. Sounds like a fit? Let us know!
Get ready to:
- Keep the office space tidy and fully functional
- Ensure smooth front desk operations – manage meeting room bookings, welcome guests, and support meetings
- Handle the flow of company documents (contracts, invoices, and more)
- Coordinate and oversee external service providers (cleaning company, coffee machine supplier, office equipment vendors) and liaise with building management
- Assist in organizing business trips – from booking flights to arranging accommodation
- Take care of office and kitchen supply orders
- Support the People & Culture team with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee initiatives
- Help organize internal meetings and company events
To fit here you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in using MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Independence in handling tasks and problem‑solving, good work organization, and proactiveness
