Senior Manager, MED Oncology RWE/Epi Scientist

Senior Manager position in Medical Evidence Development supporting real-world evidence and epidemiologic studies across Pfizer's oncology portfolio. Responsible for designing, conducting, and reporting global epidemiologic research while managing RWE/Epi deliverables and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and report global epidemiologic and real-world evidence studies on oncology assets
• Synthesize literature and author study protocols, reports, and scientific presentations
• Develop external partnerships and leverage data resources for priority research initiatives
• Deliver rapid insights from observational data and support regulatory submissions to FDA, EMA, and other agencies
• Manage quality, timeliness, and efficiency of RWE/Epi deliverables while maintaining internal stakeholder networks

Requirements

• PhD in epidemiology, statistics, biostatistics, health outcomes, or related quantitative field with 1+ years relevant pharmaceutical/academic experience; or MPH with 5+ years experience (1+ in pharma)
• Strong quantitative skills and expertise in real-world/observational data analysis
• Demonstrated technical writing and oral presentation skills with peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights using data visualization tools
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in matrixed environments under pressure
• Knowledge of regulatory environment for real-world evidence and current scientific developments
• Proficiency with RWD platforms and sources including EMR, claims data, and surveys (preferred)

Compensation: 1,275,000 PLN minimum annual gross base salary
