Your responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across various departments (e.g. Recruitment, Finance, Sales, and other business functions);
• Proactively source and attract candidates using multiple channels, including direct search and networking;
• Create and publish engaging job advertisements and recruitment-related content;
• Review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and perform phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit;
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews, partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the process;
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience while strengthening the company’s employer brand;
• Support ongoing HR initiatives, including Employer Branding and CSR activities;
• Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure efficient process management.

Our requirements

• Fluent English (required);
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or internal recruiting;
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
