Your responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand and address their business challenges using your insurance and technology expertise.
• Organize and lead workshops to gather and document business requirements, translating them into specifications.
• Analyze and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency quality and customer experience.
• Lead playback sessions and user story walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact solution delivery and adoption.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and preparation of proposals.

Our requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in insurance, gained in areas such as large-scale transformation, digitalization, actuarial work, or AI‑related initiatives, in roles based in consulting, insurance companies, or other positions involving insurance processes or systems.
• Understanding of market trends and their impact on the insurance industry.
• Experience in developing requirements and/or specifications, software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, testing. Knowledge of Agile methods is an advantage.
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with core insurance processes or platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.

Optional

• Communicative level of German or French language is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with specific insurance platforms (e.g. policy admin, claims, billing).
