ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries via chat in Danish
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolving any issues related to reservations, returns or complaints
- Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service
- Fluent Danish (C1) and very good English (B2)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
- Availability to start work on 19.10.2026
