Join the SSC structures as Order Management Specialist and support the order lifecycle operations in DACH region.
Requirements
- experience in Order Management/Customer Service with B2B/B2C clients, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG industry
- fluency in German language (C1) and communicative English (B2)
- knowledge of ERP systems, client-support platforms (a plus) and Excel
- good problem-solving skills
- good communication skills, to solve customer's issues and cooperate smoothly with other departments and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- managing the whole orders lifecycle across different stages and departments
- solving client's problems and claims
- updating clients on the delivery time and schedules
- cooperation with logistics, supply chain, purchaising and finance teams
- maintain accurate and complete customer recods in CRM and ticketing tool
- issuing proper documentation (invoices, delivery notes, credit notes) to customers on request
