Discover Internship Program

Stryker is recruiting interns for a hybrid Discover Internship Program in Warsaw, focused on finance and accounting functions. The program offers hands-on experience in a healthcare technology environment with mentorship from business leaders and opportunities to develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply academic knowledge to finance and accounting projects in fast-paced healthcare setting
• Contribute to one of several areas: accounts payable, receivable, intercompany, general ledger, or procurement
• Implement innovative ideas and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Network with internal stakeholders and senior business leaders

Requirements

• Finance, accounting, economics, or related business degree program
• Currently in final year of Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluent English proficiency; additional European languages advantageous
• Commitment to minimum 3-month program at 20+ hours per week
• Legal eligibility to work in Poland
