Your responsibilities

• Support financial processes related to IT consultancy costs
• Process and monitor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and cost allocation
• Prepare and maintain accruals related to IT consultancy costs
• Participate in month-end closing activities and support reporting processes
• Prepare regular reports, analyses, and financial data for internal stakeholders
• Assist in monitoring costs and identifying discrepancies
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure data quality
• Support process improvement initiatives within the finance team
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of financial processes
• Provide ad hoc support related to finance and accounting activities

Our requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, SSC, or BPO environment
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Good Excel skills and ability to work with financial data
• Understanding of basic finance and accounting principles, including accruals and month-end closing
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience will be an advantage)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines
• Team-player mindset with good communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within finance

About the role
