Who are we looking for:

Experienced Fullstack Team Leader with 10+ years of hands-on software development and proven leadership in building high-scale, real-time FinTech systems. Adept at leading cross-functional squads and driving end-to-end ownership of complex financial products, from architectural design to production rollout for millions of users.

Your responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary squads (Backend, Mobile, QA, Product)
• Full E2E ownership of core financial domains
• Strategic planning, roadmap definition, and execution
• Driving engineering excellence and mentoring developers
• Led development of real-time financial systems serving millions of users
• Built scalable and resilient platforms handling high-volume transactions
• Delivered secure, compliant, and high-performance FinTech solutions
• Drove adoption of modern architectures and AI-driven development practices
• Owned full lifecycle delivery from concept to production in mission-critical financial domains

Our requirements

• Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and financial services
• Experience working with real-time financial systems and high-volume transaction processing
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., security, privacy, data integrity)
• Ability to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into intuitive product experiences Fullstack Development
• Client-side architecture and modern frontend approaches
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture principles
• Mobile Development
• Hands-on experience with iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose)
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Strong focus on performance, scalability, and secure mobile architecture
• Experience with AWS cloud environments
• Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines and production-grade deployment practices
• AI-Driven Development
• Experience working with Generative AI and developer productivity tools
• Applying Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies
• Integrating AI into development workflows and product capabilities
• Exposure to AI on Edge optimization challenges in mobile environments
