Global Business Performance Manager

Le Financials is seeking a Business Performance Manager based in Warsaw. This role is pivotal in leading and developing RTN’s Business Performance framework while collaborating with the global leadership team. The successful candidate will manage financial accounting, budgeting processes, and develop analytical capabilities for informed decision-making.

A university degree in finance or related fields and extensive experience in finance departments are essential. Strong leadership and data analysis skills are also required.
