Your responsibilities

• Support VAT and Excise Tax compliance, settlements, tax returns, and reporting obligations.
• Review business transactions and documentation from a VAT and Excise Tax perspective.
• Prepare tax analyses, reporting data, and supporting documentation for audits and tax authority queries.
• Provide day-to-day tax support to the business and assess the tax implications of new transactions and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and other stakeholders while supporting tax process improvements and regulatory changes.

Our requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Taxation, or a related field.
• Previous experience in tax, finance, or accounting, ideally with exposure to VAT and/or Excise Tax.
• Good understanding of Polish VAT regulations; knowledge of Excise Tax would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with data and Excel; knowledge of SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Tax team and support day-to-day tax compliance and business activities, with a particular focus on VAT and Excise Tax. This role combines operational tax responsibilities with cooperation across the business and interaction with tax authorities. It is a great opportunity for someone who would like to further develop their expertise in indirect taxes and gain hands-on experience in applying tax regulations within an international business environment.
