Your responsibilities

• Ensuring on time delivery (OTD)
• Monitoring customers’ WIP and their priorities (open current and overdue orders)
• Processing orders using available inventory, where applicable
• Minimizing the number of overdue customer orders
• Cooperating with the ROM to set repair priorities to ensure OTD
• Working with warehouse planners to maintain an appropriate service level
• Collaborating with Customer Support to meet customers’ contractual requirements
• Cooperating with the logistics team to monitor deliveries, ensure OTD, and handle country specific constraints
• Managing customer escalations
• Analyzing the causes of delays (KPI analysis) and initiating corrective actions to prevent similar issues in the future
• Continuously monitoring the execution of Corrective Action Plans by Vendor Collaboration Specialists to achieve satisfactory on time delivery performance
• Continuously improving own qualifications related to Customer processes
• Complying with health and safety regulations at the workplace
• Understanding and following quality system procedures
• Making decisions regarding the shipment of damaged parts to the Repair Center — from preparing RMAs to WIP tracking, measuring repair process performance and costs
• Cooperating with Back Office and the Repair Center in developing corrective action plans
• Resolving customer issues in accordance with applicable procedures
• Ongoing reporting of the results of undertaken activities according to established procedures

Our requirements

• University degree
• Experience in service departments preferred IT/Telecom or engineering
• Good working knowledge of IT tools, Excel, ERP systems, web tools
• Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multicultural environment
• Customer oriented - Strong focus on to reach the target and satisfy the Customer
• Enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person
• Ability to work under time pressure
