Payroll Manager, EMEA (EURASIA)

Danaher seeks a Payroll Manager to lead EMEA payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing. This role manages regional payroll performance, team leadership, and risk management while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles and approve all payroll-related payments in jurisdiction
• Conduct payroll audits and prepare external/internal audit documentation
• Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and professional development
• Monitor payroll KPIs including error rates, processing time, and stakeholder feedback
• Coordinate payroll reports and insights with HR and Finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources
• Minimum 7-9 years of payroll experience or 3-5 years managing complex EMEA payrolls
• CPP certification required
• Proven team leadership and people management experience
• Expertise in EMEA tax, compliance, and labor law regulations
• Strategic problem-solving capability with payroll and tax implications knowledge
