Clinical Research Nurse I

Clinical Research Nurse position at Thermo Fisher Scientific involving conduct of multiple ongoing clinical trials in Poland. Responsibilities include patient care, protocol compliance, data documentation, and study participant recruitment and retention across office and clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical studies in accordance with FDA, GCP, and ICH regulations and guidelines
• Perform all defined study activities including informed consent, screening, vital signs, and protocol procedures
• Schedule subject visits within protocol windows and manage participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention
• Record patient information and test results on required forms and sponsor systems with accuracy
• Maintain source documents, update patient files, and ensure IRB approval and compliance throughout studies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical or medical field
• Valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN) registered with Polish health authority
• Fluent in Polish language
• 2+ years experience in clinical research or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Solid understanding of GCP, SOPs, informed consent, and safety monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
