RTB House in Warsaw is seeking a hybrid Legal Counsel and HR Business Partner to join our in-house team. You will balance legal risk management with people-focused strategy, drafting contracts and coaching managers through performance conversations.
You will advise leadership on hiring, terminations, and compliance with local labour law; collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Ops, support HR policies, investigations, and workforce planning.
