Technical Sales Manager

Recruitment for

We are hiring for our client, an international company operating in the industrial and construction-related sector.

Your responsibilities

  • Expanding the company’s sales network and strengthening its position across the DACH market
  • Creating and executing commercial activities in line with business growth objectives
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and acquiring strategic accounts
  • Working closely with investors, contractors, and decision-makers involved in construction and infrastructure projects
  • Representing the company during client visits, presentations, and business meetings
  • Leading customers through the entire cooperation process - from needs analysis and solution consulting to negotiations and post-sales support
  • Ensuring high-quality customer experience and supervising ongoing cooperation and project execution

Employer requirements

  • A university degree (higher education completed)
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles
  • Strong background in building relationships and negotiating commercial terms, combined with solid business understanding
  • High level of autonomy, with a problem-solving and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Austria and Switzerland
  • Fluent German (C1/C2 or native proficiency)
  • Very good command of English and Polish
  • Valid category B driving licence
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of targets and outcomes
  • Strong practical knowledge of MS Office tools in day-to-day work
