Main purpose of the position
To our newly established Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for an RTR Intern who will provide front office transactional RTR services to the business, focusing on recording costs, analyzing cashbook entries and reconciling key control accounts. Facilitating delivery of month end close activity, with subsequent query handling. Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger through the promotion of best practice.
What will you do
- Cash Management: Handle bank file uploads, reconciliations, and manual payments.
- Fixed Assets: Manage FA creation, transfers, capitalization, period closing, depreciation, reconciliation, sales, scrap, and inventory counts. Process rent invoices and handle car lease end activities.
- General Ledger: Reconcile costs, resolve payroll errors, and process cleaning machine journals.
- Period Close: Post journal entries, perform reversals, book canteen inventory, handle VAT reporting, and submit data to the Statistic Center.

- Suppliers, business stakeholders, RTR Managers, Project Managers, and Associates.
Professional skills you possess
- A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies.
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication.
- Familiarity with invoice elements and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of the RTR process.
