Consent Management Operations Specialist

About the project, We are seeking a Consent Management Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Consent Management Platform (CMP) and related consent governance processes. The person in this role will be the main operational contact for CMP-related requests and will help keep consent workflows reliable, auditable and easy to follow across web, mobile and other digital touchpoints. This is a collaborative, operational role working closely with Product, Engineering, Privacy \u0026 Compliance, Tracking Technology Owners, external vendors and Business Units.

Your responsibilities, Manage and triage incoming CMP-related support requests: clarify requirements, coordinate next steps and communicate progress to stakeholders., Contribute to the CMP operational backlog by identifying recurring requests, operational pain points, risks and improvement opportunities., Maintain CMP configurations, including tracking technology metadata, categories, vendor information, consent banners, templates, translations, policy pages and domain-specific settings., Execute and monitor recurring web and mobile tracking technology scans and validate that results are reflected correctly in cookie policies and other user-facing materials., Support Business Units and Tracking Technology Owners in keeping tracking technology information up to date (purposes, categories, vendors, descriptions and implementation details)., Manage CMP user access and role assignments according to established approval workflows and governance principles., Act as the first operational contact for platform issues and coordinate escalations with Engineering, vendors and relevant stakeholders., Maintain CMP documentation, onboarding materials, templates, checklists, guidelines and best practices., Support audits and regulatory readiness by retrieving, validating and organising consent records, reports, tracking technology inventories and other operational evidence., Support reconsent campaigns and other consent-related changes, including platform configuration, rollout coordination, record management and stakeholder communication., Translate legal and policy guidance into operational CMP configurations together with Privacy \u0026 Compliance specialists and the DPO., Collaborate with Engineers on CMP integrations, SDK/script updates, consent signal validation, monitoring and technical troubleshooting., Improve operational processes such as support SLAs, intake workflows, escalation paths, audit routines and platform maintenance procedures., Provide operational input for CMP platform improvements, migrations, vendor evaluations and process automation initiatives.

Experience with OneTrust and other Consent Management Platforms or privacy technology platforms., Background in platform administration, privacy or compliance operations, product operations, technical support or a similar operational role., Proven experience managing support requests and coordinating work across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders., Basic understanding of privacy concepts, consent, cookies, tracking technologies and regulatory-driven operational processes., Comfort working with SaaS platforms, administration consoles, ticketing systems, documentation tools, spreadsheets and recurring operational controls., Ability to follow legal, compliance and technical guidance, and to recognise when a case requires escalation.
