Cloud Release Manager (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Release Manager to join a long-term project in an international banking environment. You will play a key role in a large-scale Google Cloud migration program, coordinating business and technical changes and ensuring effective change and release management. Responsibilities: Manage business process and technical changes within the cloud migration program. Coordinate and facilitate changes required across multiple application development teams. Manage Change Management and Release Management processes in line with internal procedures and guidelines. Coordinate releases and changes throughout the end-to-end delivery process. Identify dependencies, risks, owners and potential blockers related to planned changes. Ensure teams and stakeholders are prepared for upcoming releases and changes. Coordinate communication and information sharing between technical teams, business stakeholders and users. Support knowledge sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users. Ensure effective follow-up and escalation of risks and blockers. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Strong hands-on experience in Release Management and/or Change Management. Proven experience in cloud migration projects – mandatory. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable. Experience coordinating changes across multiple development teams and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of formal change and release management processes. Ability to manage dependencies, risks, communication and release readiness. Strong ownership, coordination and stakeholder management skills. Very good English communication skills.
