Responsibilities Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud, covering ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation Conduct client workshops to assess data architecture, define use cases, and align solution roadmaps Develop integration strategies across Salesforce and external sources using batch APIs, real-time streaming, or Zero Copy Federation with Data Lakes Architect activation patterns for marketing and engagement platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), ensuring performance and data integrity Monitor Data Cloud credit consumption and recommend cost-optimized architectural choices Oversee governance for security, privacy, and consent compliance (GDPR, Right-to-be-Forgotten) Support estimations, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept initiatives for pre-sales and solution validation Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and client leadership teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Provide guidance and best practices to development teams to maintain standardization and scalability Requirements 6+ years in data solutioning or consulting roles, including 2+ years delivering Salesforce-centric solutions Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), including data modeling, data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation Proven track record of at least 1 full-cycle Data Cloud implementation in production (multiple preferred) Familiarity with advanced patterns such as Zero Copy Data Federation, external connectors, and streaming activation Strong understanding of APIs, ETL/ELT tools, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and enterprise data integration patterns Ability to create robust architectural blueprints ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and security Experience facilitating client workshops and working closely with business and technical stakeholders Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical design Upper-Intermediate English or higher; experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Nice to have Salesforce certifications in Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Application Architect Exposure to Agentforce, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven Salesforce use cases Knowledge of data governance frameworks and responsible AI principles Experience integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and core CRM clouds We offer We gather like-minded people:Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernizationSupportive team and agile, startup-like cultureHybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within PolandChance to work abroad for up to 60 days annuallyBusiness-driven relocation opportunitiesWe provide growth opportunities:Career development programsThought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programsCertification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS)English classesWe cover it all:Stable payParticipation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discountBenefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers)Referral bonuses up to $2,000Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and moreCorporate, social and well-being eventsPlease, note:Benefits listed above are available to employees onlyWe are open for working with Contractors.
