Remote Office Manager & Dispatcher — Plumbing

Offshore Launch seeks a Remote Office Manager for a family-owned plumbing client in the US. You will run the office end to end, answering calls/texts, owning the dispatch board, and closing out jobs. You’ll report daily on what was sold, what’s collected, and what’s scheduled next.

You’ll be the administrative backbone by day 90, coordinating scheduling, invoicing, and payroll support, while ensuring compliance and timely communication with the team.
