Accounts Payable Lead — Polish Finance & Controls (Hybrid)

Techstep is seeking an experienced Accounting & Accounts Payable Lead for our Gdańsk team. You will ensure Polish accounting compliance, coordinate statutory reporting, and improve financial processes while interfacing with Group Accounting.

You will lead the AP function, drive automation, manage vendor data controls, and collaborate with external advisors in an international environment. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.
