Your Tasks
The main purpose of this role is to facilitate operational excellence through the development and implementation of process, tools and guidelines. The ultimate target is to enable our Global Directs & Indirects Procurement Luxury Team, in a transforming environment, to create maximum value for La Prairie while ensuring compliance.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of all global procurement standards, tools and processes to improve value contribution, transparency and operational efficiency with a strong focus on digitalization
- Work closely with the Group Procurement Excellence team to optimize processes, system adoption (transfer to SAP S4/Hana) and accelerate our Luxury Procurement transformation
- In collaboration with Global Procurement (Direct and Indirect) and other departments (Controlling, Account Payable, Sustainability…) manage the Procurement Compliance Guidelines in line with Group standards and support its roll out across the organization (communication, training and follow up of local implementation)
- Full responsibility of KPI and performance tracking & help improve existing operational processes to be used across all teams helping to streamline and automate processes where possible in a consistent manner
- Lead & coordinate with the Support team (2 FTE) based in India
- Own and drive the Compliance Risk Management activities on behalf of the Procurement Team
- Prepare and consolidate monthly reports for the Procurement Team
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent
- 3- 5 years’ experience in Procurement Excellence or key positions with responsibilities such as Performance, Reporting and Systems optimization, preferably in an international environment.
- P2P and sourcing experience is a plus
- Passion for processes, digitalization, and business excellence methods
- Strong analytical, communication, organization and project management skills
- Ability to influence business partners and manage multiple projects and priorities to drive change across all levels of the organization and geographical boundaries
- In-depth Procurement, MRP, Master data understanding with respect to ERPs E-Solutions
- Strong knowledge of Procurement solutions such as Ariba, Ivalua or Coupa
- Very good written and spoken English skills
