If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building relationships and love to represent some of the world’s most iconic brands, this is your moment.**Your Mission**As Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across Sports, Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail and FMCG channels. You own the commercial agenda and build long-term partnerships with leading retailers.Your responsibilities include:* Full budget and sales responsibility for your market and customer portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance.* Expanding and strengthening existing and new accounts by identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.* Managing and optimizing product categories to ensure the right assortment and performance across all channels.* Monitoring and improving sales performance through data-driven analysis and continuous optimization.* Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales Support, Marketing, Logistics and Product to ensure seamless execution.* Leading or supporting additional projects that contribute to market growth and brand visibility.**Your Talent**You bring a strong commercial mindset, a passion for brands, and the drive to win. You are confident, structured, and energized by building relationships.We are looking for a great pro-active hunting talent who brings:* A proven track record in Key Account Management within Fashion or Sports Lifestyle & FMCG.* Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, close-knit sales team.* Fluency in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).* Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* Strong presentation and communication skills.* A deep understanding of the local retail landscape and international and local retailer needs.* A self-starter mentality with the drive to deliver the best results.* You live in the Warsaw region and are willing to travel regularly across Poland and the Baltics.**Location & Eligibility**This role is based in Warsaw, Poland and requires traveling, as you will be building this region together with us. Our office is located at the beautiful PUMA office in Warsaw.
