We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join the HR Operations team. This role is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with HR data, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring the accuracy of HR records in a fast-paced, international environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee data, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring the quality and integrity of HR information while collaborating with global HR teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of Oracle HRIS will be considered a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of employee information in Oracle HRIS, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other employee lifecycle updates.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Support records management and document retention processes.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including background checks and collecting and verifying required new hire documentation.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in HR-related projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data quality standards.
The offer
- 12-month employment contract.
- Employment contract: 6,200–6,600 PLN gross/month
- B2B contract: 9,200–9,800 PLN net + VAT/month
- Hybrid work model based in the Kraków office.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
