The job:

As a customer support agent your daily tasks include:

• Handling customer calls, emails, and chats, as well as providing technical support.
• Adhering to rules and procedures.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional way.
• Participating in training sessions and completing training
• Collaborating with higher-level support teams and reporting known issues.
  
• Resolving issues with difficult customers.

 

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Hungarian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not a must.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
