Test Manager (Defence & Security)

• Experience in a similar Test Lead / Test Engineer role
• Experience in creating testing strategies and preparing test plans
• Experience in planning and implementing automated tests
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages used in embedded environments (C, C++, Python)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate testing activities
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English
• Assertive and confident communication style with resilience and ability to work effectively in challenging environments
• Analytical mindset, self-initiative, commitment, and ability to improve existing processes
• Willingness to undergo a mandatory personal security clearance verification process or possession of a valid security clearance up to NATO Secret / Tajne level
• Willingness to undergo mandatory checks required for work on defence-related technologies
• Availability to work on-site from the Wrocław office
• Willingness to work under a Contract of Employment

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with public administration, defence, or security sectors
• Knowledge of NATO standards, including STANAG
• Experience testing systems developed under strict quality or safety requirements
• Familiarity with regulated environments and formal verification processes
