• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to use various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
• Experience working with hiring managers, preferably in an international environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proactivity and willingness to take initiative
• English on B2+ level

We are looking for a Talent Acqusition Partner with experience in IT recruitment to join our team and help us scale Brightstar Lottery in Poland. We value ownership and proactivity in our daily work. The role is focused on tech hiring with several hiring managers from different locations.

We are offering 6 months contract with possibility to extend and fostering atmosphere with space to learn and develop.
