Internship Overview

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full‑fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. We’ll provide full support throughout the internship.

Position Fit

This position may not be right for you if you: don’t want to work on realistic assets; are mainly interested in AAA games; don’t feel comfortable using AI tools; or prefer a slower‑paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver 2D game assets.
• Produce 2D visuals for in‑game advertisements (offers, banners).
• Prepare graphics for the game engine.
• Search for references needed to carry out tasks based on set guidelines and consult them with a leader.
• Seek knowledge and ask questions when needed.
• Collaborate with the product team and work closely with the art and live ops team.
• Participate in the daily life of the art team.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Photoshop.
• Ability to adapt to the style of the game.
• Artistic sense and solid foundation in digital art.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, curious character.
• Openness to feedback.
• Fluent in Polish and high‑level English (at least B2).
