Senior Benefit/Risk Associate

Ergomed seeks a Senior Benefit/Risk Associate to perform pharmacovigilance activities, including signal detection, report preparation, and regulatory communication support. The role is based in Warsaw and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and set up signal detection activities
• Review line listings and draft complex signal detection reports with quality control
• Evaluate and categorize potential safety signals
• Propose courses of action for identified signals
• Support regulatory authority communication and maintain tracking documentation

Requirements

• Life Sciences or Biomedical degree, preferably Pharmacy
• Demonstrated experience in signal detection activities
• Strong commitment to patient safety with proactive learning approach
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency, minimum B2 level
