Role Overview

We are looking for a  Data Center Technician  to support data center operations, hardware management, infrastructure maintenance, and technical support activities within an international environment.

The role requires hands-on experience working with data center infrastructure, equipment installation, cabling, hardware troubleshooting, and operational support procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot data center equipment.

• Perform rack and stack activities.

• Support hardware deployment and infrastructure changes.

• Manage inventory and asset tracking activities.

• Assist with cabling installation and labeling.

• Support data center operational procedures and standards.

• Monitor infrastructure and perform basic diagnostic activities.

• Create operational documentation and reports.

• Coordinate activities with technical teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to operational and security procedures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with server and network device installation.

• Understanding of rack layouts, PDUs, cabling standards, and labeling procedures.

• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN concepts and patching.

• Familiarity with asset management and inventory systems.

• Ability to follow data center procedures and operational standards.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware components.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

• Ability to handle and move IT/data center equipment when required.
