The Mission
We are introducing a brand-new, high-impact role to our team: Product Manager – Vendor & Channel Connector .
You aren’t a traditional, passive product manager who sits isolated behind spreadsheets. You are a high-energy Connector and the ultimate orchestrator. You sit precisely at the intersection of our global technology vendors, our internal execution teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Shared Services), and our reseller channel. Your mission is to build the operational and commercial bridges that accelerate new products from "just listed" on our marketplace to absolute market favorites.
- The Ultimate Connector: Act as the central hub connecting external vendors with our internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Admin) to smoothly onboard new products and eliminate any operational friction.
- Business Accelerator: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to design and execute go-to-market strategies that turn new marketplace listings into instant revenue drivers for our resellers.
- Channel Alignment: Ensure our reseller network has everything they need (training, insights, promotional support) to serve their end customers even better.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align shared services (Legal, Admin, Finance) to ensure contracts, compliance, and systems are set up for rapid scaling.
- Extreme Ownership: Take personal accountability for product performance metrics on the marketplace. If a product is lagging, you diagnose it; if it’s winning, you double down on it.
- A Passionate Connector: You thrive on communication. You see a gap between a vendor's offering and a reseller's needs, and you naturally build the bridge to fix it.
- An Elite Communicator: You effortlessly switch gears whether you are negotiating terms with a global vendor, aligning with our legal team, or motivating a regional sales floor.
- Startup Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. You take absolute responsibility for your portfolio and drive projects forward with urgency and agility.
- International Flavor: You thrive in a multicultural environment and have a strong command of English. (Experience working across German, Polish, or broader EMEA markets is a huge plus!)
- Ecosystem Savvy: You understand SaaS, cloud, or digital marketplaces and love the dynamic of vendor-distributor-reseller relationships.
