Your responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and expand the company's market presence
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities
• Lead complex sales pursuits from initial engagement through negotiation and contract closure
• Develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology decision-makers
• Coordinate solution development with pre-sales, delivery, service management, legal, finance, and procurement teams
• Prepare and present compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting
• Contribute to strategic business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing commercial role
• Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue growth
• Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through proactive market engagement and lead generation activities
• Experience selling complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the sales process
• Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented approach
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish
