Twój zakres obowiązków

• Program Analysis and Codebase Delivery
• Coordinate analysis and delivery for the in-house US Retail Funds admin codebase: enhancements, fixes, releases and production support.
• Act as senior liaison between business users, support, developers, QA, vendors and technology teams.
• Turn business needs and support issues into requirements, analysis, plans, estimates, dependencies and actions.
• Drive backlog refinement, defect priorities, technical debt visibility, release readiness and program governance.
• Keep delivery structured and evidence-based, with clear status, risks, dependencies, owners and follow-up.
• Hands-On Business and Technical Analysis
• Analyse application logic, configuration, data flows, Azure hosting, infrastructure, MoveIT, connectors, adaptors, batches, environments and support procedures.
• Assess requirements, operational issues, system behaviour and incidents for quality, maintainability, performance and impact.
• Diagnose complex application and data problems, identify root causes and coordinate resolution with owners.
• Validate solutions, impact, test evidence and production readiness with developers and support teams.
• Develop functional and technical knowledge to reduce reliance on legacy experts and improve resilience.
• Work with infrastructure on hosting, connectivity, environments, security, access, monitoring, performance and resilience.
• US-Facing Production Support and Operational Continuity
• Support a platform serving US business teams, clients and operations.
• Work late, unsocial or shifted hours as needed for US coverage, releases, incidents and deadlines.
• Own timely investigation and resolution of incidents, recurring defects, data issues, user problems and outages.
• Keep support processes, escalation routes, knowledge documentation and runbooks usable by wider teams.
• Reduce single-person dependency through transparent support ownership and issue history.
• Enhancement Delivery, Release Readiness and Program Control
• Coordinate enhancements, fixes and releases from requirements through build, testing, deployment and post-release validation.
• Align with stakeholders on priorities, pain points, operational impact and outcomes.
• Support solution walkthroughs, test plans, defect triage, release notes, migrations, deployment and rollback planning.
• Require impact assessments, test evidence, user validation, decision records and production readiness checks.
• Flag and escalate delivery risks, constraints, technical issues, missed commitments and critical defects with options.
• Codebase Knowledge Transfer and Operating Model
• Formalise existing knowledge into delivery discipline, documentation, support ownership and governance.
• Document architecture, behaviour, data dependencies, Azure, MoveIT, connectors, adaptors, recurring issues, support and releases.
• Replace informal knowledge with repeatable documentation, handovers and operating procedures.
• Identify technical debt, fragile processes, workarounds and risks to scalability, stability and future changes.
• Help shift from incumbent-led knowledge to a resilient, transparent delivery model.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Technical Governance
• Report technical progress, risks, blockers, incidents, release readiness and business impact clearly.
• Work with US stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements and support operational needs.
• Track actions, decisions, defects, dependencies and open issues across development and support.
• Escalate early with practical recommendations, not just status updates.
• Represent the platform credibly in technical, business and support discussions.
• Uphold ethics, transparency, accountability and traceability in decisions, issues and communications.
• Engage infrastructure early on dependencies, risks, changes, access, readiness and operational impact.
• Thoroughly document decisions, assumptions, risks, technical analysis, support steps and handovers.

Nasze wymagania

• Significant experience as a Senior Program Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Application Delivery Lead, Program Manager or similar role supporting business-critical enterprise applications
• Strong functional and technical analysis capability across C#/.NET applications, SQL/T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure-hosted services, infrastructure concepts, batch processing, file-based interfaces, MoveIT or equivalent managed file transfer, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, release deployment and production troubleshooting
• Experience supporting financial services, fund administration, asset servicing, transfer agency, investor services or other regulated operational environments is highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage requirements, enhancement delivery, defect remediation, production support analysis, technical investigation and release readiness across complex platforms
• Comfortable working directly with US-based stakeholders and willing to work unsocial hours where required to support US operations, incidents, releases and urgent business needs
• Strong documentation discipline, including business requirements, technical notes, support procedures, runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, release documentation and decision records
• Strong commitment to transparent, traceable ways of working, with the discipline to document extensively and maintain clear audit trails for delivery, support and production decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear business language and drive decisions under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
