AI Product Lead

Product Lead (AI Solutions) Location: Warsaw (Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office) Rate: Up to 180 PLN/h (B2B) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to drive the delivery of AI-powered solutions for a global logistics organization. This role combines product leadership, stakeholder management, and technical delivery ownership, ensuring AI initiatives are translated from business needs into scalable and production-ready solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, data scientists, developers, and platform engineers to deliver impactful AI products that create measurable business value. Your Responsibilities Identify, assess, and shape demand for AI solutions across internal and external stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical scope, user stories, and backlog items Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from discovery to production Own backlog management, refinement sessions, sprint readiness, and delivery flow Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, QA engineers, and platform teams Drive technical delivery decisions, remove blockers, and manage dependencies Ensure compliance with architecture, security, governance, and operational standards Implement AI controls such as guardrails, monitoring, and human oversight mechanisms where required Track delivery progress, support go-live activities, and monitor business value realization Promote standardization and reusable implementation patterns across Enterprise AI initiatives Provide leadership to Agile delivery squads engaged in development and maintenance activities Requirements Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field Proven experience in Agile product or software delivery roles Strong understanding of backlog management and Agile delivery processes Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams Practical knowledge of AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or data-driven solutions Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and testing practices Familiarity with AI governance, security, and data privacy principles Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical plans Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery dependencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ownership mindset with a proactive, delivery-focused approach Fluent business English (spoken and written) Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Nice to Have: Experience within logistics, enterprise services, or large-scale corporate environments Background in AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives Experience managing risks, timelines, and complex enterprise dependencies What We Offer Private healthcare package (LuxMed) Sports card (Multisport) Opportunity to drive innovative AI initiatives at enterprise scale International and collaborative work environment
