For our client, we are looking for an experienced Transactional HR Manager (m/f) who will enhance HR service delivery and implement sustainable improvements across payroll, HR administration and shared services. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape future HR services in a fast‑evolving, transformational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the phase‑out of temporary support across payroll, HR administration, time management and related HR services to ensure stability and seamless continuity.
• Reviewing future HR Operations and payroll delivery models and preparing recommendations, business cases and implementation plans.
• Identifying opportunities to expand HR Shared Services into new markets and functional areas, supporting transition activities where needed.
• Leading initiatives that simplify, standardize and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency, compliance and employee experience.
• Collaborating closely with HR, Digital & Technology, Finance, Procurement, local HR teams and external vendors to evaluate solutions and deliver operational improvements.
• Developing dashboards, metrics and operational reporting that support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Shared Services, HR Administration or HR transformation.
• Ability to break down complex operational issues and propose clear, data‑driven solutions.
• Experience evaluating operating models, structures and improvement opportunities.
• Background in large transitions, payroll changes or shared services expansion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams, regions and external partners.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments where processes and solutions are still being shaped.
