About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in open‑source technologies to design, guide, and deliver robust solutions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solutions using open‑source technologies such as Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.
• Lead architectural decisions for new projects and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate open‑source components and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Engage with open‑source communities and stay current with emerging trends.
• Ensure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions with open‑source technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and open‑source application stacks.
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, and configuration management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Contributions to open‑source projects (please share your GitHub/GitLab profile)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools
• Knowledge of data platforms (NoSQL, RDBMS, streaming)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
