Negotiation Governance Lead

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Negotiation Governance Lead to oversee complex clinical trial site contract and budget negotiations in Warsaw. This role manages escalations, ensures legal and financial compliance, and drives process improvements across global clinical research agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of sponsored research agreements with clinical investigators and institutions
• Develop, negotiate, and oversee site and country-level budgets aligned with global standards
• Serve as final escalation point for legal and budget queries from site contracting operations
• Develop global strategy and master agreements to drive efficiencies in contract negotiations
• Provide training, mentorship, and quality oversight to team members

Requirements

• 7+ years direct clinical contract negotiation experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
• Deep expertise in site contracts, budgets, and escalated negotiation cases
• Advanced knowledge of global contracting standards and compliance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Multilingual written and verbal communication skills preferred
