Treasury Analyst

Role

The Treasury Analyst supports the day‑to‑day management of the company’s cash, liquidity, banking operations and financial risk. Treasury is the heartbeat of the company’s financial engine. As a Treasury Analyst, you’ll sit at the centre of how money moves through the European business, shaping liquidity decisions. Key Responsibilities:

· Cash Management — Monitor daily cash positions across our European business and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs

· Banking Operations — Work with the wider treasury team to consolidate banking across Continental Europe. Assist in the management of bank diligence (KYC).

· Cash Forecasting — Assist in building and maintaining short‑term cash flow forecasts; analyse variances and identify trends

· Treasury Reporting — Produce daily/weekly liquidity reports and treasury KPIs.

· Risk & Compliance — Where applicable, support FX exposure tracking, interest rate monitoring, and adherence to treasury policies.

· Manage Intercompany Loans – Using the Group treasury system (Coupa) the treasury analyst will assist the treasury manager to manage the group intercompany loan portfolio (IC netting on Coupa & IC interest calculations)

· Treasury Management System – Assist in the management of the treasury management system

· Audit – Assist the annual audit process

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

· 2+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries

· Strong analytical and numerical skills

· Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups)

· Detail‑oriented with a control mindset

· Interest in financial markets, banking, and corporate finance

· Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, AP/AR, and external banks
