Senior Brand Manager
Location: Warsaw (city centre) | Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in the office
Responsibilities:
- Support the local rollout of global brand strategy and adapt it to the Polish market
- Translate data into insights: track performance, spot opportunities, and recommend actions
- Cooperate with external agencies and internal regional/global teams
- Plan and execute customer activations (incl. in-store / trade / partnerships—depending on project scope)
- Coordinate marketing projects end-to-end: timelines, stakeholders, deliverables
- Support budget tracking and basic cost control within marketing activities
- Work cross-functionally (Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply/Operations) and support the Marketing Director in day-to-day priorities
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of marketing experience (ideally FMCG / B2C; brand, trade or activation experience is a plus)
- Strong coordination skills-you can manage several projects in parallel and keep people aligned
- Great communication and relationship-building skills (internal and external stakeholders)
- Very good English (min. B2/C1)
- Availability to start as soon as possibl e (or short notice)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint in particular)
