About the project, We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. The person in this role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance reporting. Strong senior project management capabilities and proven stakeholder management experience are essential.

Your responsibilities, Manage comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues., Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery., Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and formal change requests to maintain financial control., Support Agile delivery by monitoring sprint progress, facilitating backlog reviews, and ensuring alignment with project objectives., Prepare governance materials, status reports, and executive-level summaries for programme oversight., Coordinate testing, cutover activities, business readiness assessment, and user adoption actions to ensure successful transitions.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management. Relevant experience may include project and programme management, business analysis, change management, IT/business consulting, service management, operational management, and coordination of business and IT transformation initiatives., Demonstrable senior project management experience, including planning, risk management, and governance., Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior stakeholders., Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management., Technical awareness is beneficial; hands-on development experience is not required., Fluent English.
